We are an independent Christian church in Nevada, with a Mission of Evangelistic
Outreach to both children and adults. We preach Jesus Christ and Him
Crucified (See our Statement of Faith). Pastor Hatcher and other pastors shares
a weekly teaching message at their church in Las Vegas, as well as on the Web Site.

Since Hatcher Hallow Christian Ministries was Incorporated in the State of
Nevada, in 1990, we have had only one Corporate Office which is: 1717 Ferrell St.,
Las Vegas, Nevada 89106. We have had only one pastor, Sister Theresa
Hatcher. We have continued to teach the uncomprimised gospel of Jesus Christ,
wherever we go.

> MINISTRY HISTORY

The Vision for Hatcher Hallow Christian Ministries came directly from the Throne
Room of God! The Vision is very vaste, and is still growing. That is the way
Visions are. As Evangelist Hatcher was working overseas, while in prayer over
God's will for her Ministry, the Lord directed her first to move back to Las
Vegas, Nevada, which would be headquarters for the Ministry. In 1990 she
incorporated the church, in the State of Nevada. Shortly thereafter, she
applied for and received the 501c3. The ministry was initially dedicated to
Child Evangelism, and teaching children almost exclusively. The ministry still
reaches out to children. Part of the New Vision the Lord has placed in the
heart of Pastor Hatcher, has a place for children, and young people.

> The property at 1717 Ferrell Street, Las Vegas, NV was purchased around 1994,
with plans to dedicate the property exclusively to Ministry. These are still our
plans. With many birthing pains, the doors at Ferrell Street were finally
opened around 1995, with a few children, most family. Those children are now
all grown up, except those who were then infants. Many of the children have
gone on to marry and have families. But more importantly, they retained in
their hearts the things God planted there during their young life, and that was
to love the Lord and fear Him.

> So that this does not read like an obituary, let me tell my story in the first
person. I, was born in Jena, Louisiana. I am the 8th child of 15
children. I have been working in the church and while in school as a speaker of
orations and poems since I was around 10 years of age. At age 12 I accept
the Lord as my Savior, and was baptized in water at that
time. I received the baptism in the Holy Ghost when I was about 22 years old.
I remember it was in May 1970. The Lord called me into the Ministry at that time.
So, basically, I have been preaching since I was around 23 years of age. At this
writing I am 62 years of age.

> When the Lord first revealed to me that me that he wanted me to pastor, I
resisted, because I knew the contraversey I would face in the church world, from
both men and women, family and friends. But, at last, one morning in 6:00 a.m.
prayer, the Lord challenaged me to a dual, and I lost the fight. Or, should I
say, I won a new place in Him. With the Lord's help, I dove into the pastoring
around 1996, and have been doing it since that time. I still do evangelism work,
both on the Streets, in the USA, in Africa, and whatever door the Lord opens for me.

I primarily earn my living in the field of Real Estate, and as a Notary Public.

The Lord opened the way for me to travel overseas through the Department of
State, where I accepted employment with them around 1974 as a Foreign Service
Secretary. My first post was Lima, Peru, South America. As soon as my foot
touched down in South America, I started to search for a place to worship. While
my life was not perfect, nor easy, one thing remained constant with me, and that
was I always loved the Lord, and remained close to Him.

I spent about 15 years overseas, from 1974 to late 1989. I was stationed in
1. Peru...2. Ghana, West Africa...3. Paris France.... 4. Martinique.....
5. Guinea, West Africa..... 6. Morocco, North Africa. Between my stays, I also
visited other countries, and was blessed to lead many souls to Jesus. When I
was not allowed to preach, I prayed in the churches. When I was not allowed to
pray, I sang. God is an expert at opening doors, if the heart is willing.
ABOUT OUR FACILITY
Our facility is located at 1717 Ferrell Street, Las Vegas, NV 89106-1303. We
purchased the building in 1995, and opened the ministry there shortly
thereafter. The building was a private residence, which was converted to a
church around 1999. It contains approximately 1400 square feet, witha the
sancutary which seats about 60 people, public bathroom and an office. The other
rooms are soon to be set up as class rooms, or whatever is needed. There is
parking for 20 vehicles, which contains a full-size basketball court. The plan
is to cover the parking lot with a tent which would then double as a playground.
